2. Our products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Product colours and packaging may appear slightly different depending on your device or because packaging designs are updated. Images are provided for illustrative purposes.
Please read all product labels, ingredient information and allergen information before consuming a product. If you have a question about ingredients or allergens, contact us before placing your order.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing an order, you should receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
Our acceptance of your order takes place when we confirm that it has been accepted or dispatched. Payment may be authorised or collected before dispatch.
Please check your order details carefully, including your delivery address, before completing your purchase.
4. When we may refuse or cancel an order
We may refuse or cancel an order where:
- A product is unavailable
- The price or product information contains an obvious error
- Payment has not been authorised
- We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse
- We cannot deliver to the address provided
- The order breaches these Terms and Conditions
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
5. Pre-orders
Products marked as pre-orders are not available for immediate dispatch.
Any estimated dispatch or release date shown on the product page, basket, checkout or order confirmation is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated timeframe.
Delays can occasionally happen because of production, packaging, stock delivery or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details supplied with your order.
Unless dispatch has already begun, you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund by emailing info@schmaltzbrew.com.
If your order contains both pre-order and immediately available products, they may be dispatched together when all products are available unless we state otherwise.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes where required.
Delivery charges are displayed separately during checkout before you complete your purchase.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you to offer the option of purchasing at the correct price or cancelling the order for a full refund.
7. Delivery
We currently deliver only to the areas made available during checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin when an order is dispatched, not when the order is placed. Pre-order waiting periods are additional to the delivery timeframe.
You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.
Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights concerning cancellations, returns, damaged products and refunds are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
9. Website use
You must not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Website access may occasionally be suspended or restricted for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all website content, product names, branding, logos, designs, illustrations, photographs and written material belong to Schmaltz Brew Co. Limited or are used with the permission of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute or use this material commercially without prior written permission.
11. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and keep you informed.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections and may be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
